Commission INFO Requirements

  • Step 1: Contact me via email or Instagram DM with a visual reference or a detailed description of your desired commission. This will help determine if I can take on the project.

  • Step 2: If I accept the commission, please fill out the provided form with all the necessary details in a clear and thorough manner. Incomplete or unclear forms may result in additional charges or the need for revisions before submission. Once completed, send it to my email.

  • Step 3: Provide your PayPal email address so I can send the invoice once we’ve agreed on the payment. Alternatively, you can officially place the order through my Fiverr gig as previously discussed (Fiverr feature available in the future).

  • Step 4: We will stay in touch throughout the process via messaging for feedback and updates until the project is completed.

As outlined in the pricing sections, my commissions are divided into two categories: budget-friendly, ideal for quick and spontaneous requests under 100€, and rendered, more complex and detailed works, while still maintaining a sketchy style. I chose this approach to cater to both those seeking personal, fun illustrations and those looking to work on ambitious, detail-rich projects.

By default, all commissions are for personal use only.
If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as merchandising, promotional materials, publishing, game assets, etc.), a commercial license fee will apply.
Please inform me in advance if you need commercial rights, so we can discuss the appropriate fee based on the scope of use.

I offer to draw a wide range of subjects, whether NSFW or SFW, with everything from dark, horror-inspired pieces to joyful, uplifting, bubbly art. Each commission I accept is a personal, inspirational choice that I make based on what resonates with me at the moment. I don't work with a set list of "do's and don'ts" because every piece has its own unique voice, and I want to listen to it— whether it’s a haunting horror scene, an artistic nude, a futuristic epic battle, an intimate moment between lovers, a decisive twist in a hero’s or villain’s tale, the first spark of a new friendship, or even the raw poetry of gore, where tragedy and beauty meet in crimson tales.I know this might not be the “traditional” way to describe what I offer, but it's the kind of artist I am at heart. If you see any art samples that inspire you, feel free to ask for a piece with that same essence!

How would you describe your approach to art, work, and your overall work ethic?

My work embraces a slow life approach. I take full responsibility as an artist and truly appreciate the trust and investment you place in me — something I never take for granted. I aim to deliver professional, high-quality results while also honoring my own creative rhythm, so that inspiration flows naturally into each piece I create.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are upfront and refunds are not available, but I always ensure we collaborate closely in the early stages, with plenty of feedback, to make sure you're happy with the final result.

How long does it take my commission to be done?

I accept only one commission at a time to ensure quality always takes precedence over quantity. While simpler, budget-friendly pieces typically take 1 to 2* weeks, I set a maximum timeframe of 1 month for each project to guarantee timely delivery and avoid any delays.
Larger projects take more time, up to 3* months, but multiple illustrations within the same theme are completed faster than single pieces, as familiarity and repetition streamline the process.*The delivery timeframe begins once I start the first sketch, after all necessary clarifications and back-and-forth communication are completed.

How do revisions work?

I offer unlimited revisions as long as major changes are made during the initial sketching phase. Once the pose, shapes, and colors are set, I’m happy to adjust small details until you’re satisfied, make sure to not abuse it and think through your decisions. Major changes can be charged extra!

Anything else I need to know?

I reserve the right to use commissioned works in my portfolio, streams, promotional materials, pricing examples, and showcases.If you wish to keep your commission private, this can be arranged for an additional fee equal to 1000% of the original price — effectively 11 times the base cost (e.g., a €100 commission would require a total payment of €1,100 to remain private).The price is intentionally set higher, as this is a unique feature that only I offer. I will never share or post the artwork created, which — especially for an artist — is a deeply personal commitment. This exclusivity ensures your commission remains truly one of a kind.For commissions under €100, the private option is set at €1,000 to reflect the unique value and personal nature of this service.
